Much like an elegant, minimalist composition, Terre Bentivoglio will be present at the OltreGusto \u2013<\/a><\/strong> Oltrep\u00f2 Terra di Pinot Nero<\/strong> (Oltrep\u00f2 Land of Pinot Noir) event on Monday-Tuesday, September 7-8th. This food and wine gathering, dedicated to Oltrep\u00f2\u2019s distinctive expressions of Pinot Nero–specifically Classese and red-vinified Pinot Nero–promises to be a veritable showcase of fine dining. This unique setting will background the tasting of our Metodo Classico Pinot Nero Pas Dos\u00e9,<\/em><\/strong> a wine that, sip by sip, reveals the gentle touch of exquisite detail, reflecting the quiet, meticulous care we have always devoted to both vineyard and cellar.<\/strong><\/strong>
Seventeen Michelin-starred chefs and pastry chefs will take turns on stage at the Gallini Institute in Voghera, <\/strong><\/strong>featuring live cooking demonstrations, tastings throughout the venue, and two blind tasting sessions dedicated to the star grape of the Oltrep\u00f2 Pavese\u2014all within a program that interweaves the expertise of haute cuisine with the quiet patience of both the vineyard and the winemaker. It is in this dialogue that our Pas Dos\u00e9 finds its unique voice: zero dosage and the purest of raw materials,<\/strong> allowing for the full expression of its graceful identity.
This balance is crafted with the utmost patience, blending together both rigour and sensitivity, <\/strong>month after month, with at least forty months spent sur lie.
